About the studio

A production system with opinions.

Voctus is a global e-learning production studio serving clients worldwide. One thing, done with discipline: existing training assets in, presenter-led video courses out — localized across 30+ languages, packaged to SCORM, measurable from the first learner. No platform to license, no methodology workshop to sit through, no dependence on our availability for your next update.

Standards

Six rules every engagement runs on. No exceptions clause.

S-01

Nothing renders unapproved

Every word of every course exists first as a script your stakeholders sign. The gate is procedural, not a courtesy — production systems cannot start on an unapproved script.

S-02

Your material stays yours

Client content is used solely for the contracted deliverables, never reused, never shared, never used to train any system, and deleted on written request after handover. NDAs available before transfer.

S-03

Tested before handover

Every SCORM package passes SCORM Cloud testing — launch, tracking, scoring, resume, completion — before it reaches your LMS. "It worked here" is not a delivery standard.

S-04

Languages are produced, not patched

Each language version gets adapted scripting, an in-country review gate, native narration, and typography rebuilt for its script system. A translated subtitle file is not a localized course.

S-05

Full ownership transfers

Finished videos, scripts, and source files are yours on payment. No licensing back, no lock-in on your own training, no dependency on us for the next update unless you want one.

S-06

Async by default

Proposals, reviews, and delivery run on documents and recordings, not meetings — a fixed SOW within one business day of receiving material. Calls happen when your process requires one.

Why a studio, not an agency

Built for production throughput, priced like a deliverable.

What does Voctus actually sell?

Finished, deployed courses — not consulting hours, not a software seat, not a "transformation". The unit of business is a statement of work with deliverables on it, which keeps incentives clean: we are paid for what ships.

Why lead with localization?

Because that is where the hard problem lives — multinational workforces, dozens of working languages, and English proficiency that drops fast outside head offices, Southeast Asia especially. Solving it there makes the production system better for every market we deliver to.

Why is there no team page?

Deliberate. The work is evaluated on output — sample modules, the production standards above, and a pilot from your own material — not on portraits and job titles. Client confidentiality runs both directions here.

What this studio doesn't do

Learning-strategy consulting, LMS implementation, custom software, and content we'd have to invent rather than produce from your material. When a project needs those, we say so in the scoping reply and stay in our lane.

Share one document.
Receive a scoped proposal.

Send any representative training asset — a deck, a manual, a recording. Within one business day you will receive a fixed statement of work, timeline, and delivery plan. Asynchronous by default; a call is available when your process requires one.
