Will your name appear anywhere in the deliverables?
No. Courses carry your brand, your templates, and your presenter choices. Source files transfer to you, and the engagement itself is covered by NDA — we do not list you as a client, reference your projects, or appear in your delivery chain.
How do you handle our client's confidential material?
The same way we handle direct-client material, one level stricter: your end-client's assets are used solely for the contracted production, never reused, and deleted on request after handover. Back-to-back confidentiality terms matching your client agreement are standard.
What turnaround can we promise our clients?
Scripts within days of receiving material and first modules typically within a week of script approval. For partners with recurring volume, a standing capacity arrangement reserves throughput so your promises don't depend on our queue.
Can you work inside our instructional design, or do you impose yours?
Yours leads. If your team writes the scripts and storyboards, we produce to them exactly. If you want production-ready scripting included, we do that too — to your methodology and templates, reviewed by your designers before anything renders.
