Compliance training videos
Compliance training that can prove itself to an auditor.
Voctus produces compliance training videos with the evidence layer built in: scripts your legal team approves before production, embedded assessments, and per-learner completion and score records delivered through standard SCORM tracking. One approved course, every jurisdiction, in each workforce's language.
The problem this solves
The audit doesn't ask if you trained people. It asks you to prove it.
Attendance sheets from classroom sessions, slide decks emailed to a distribution list, a webinar recording nobody can confirm was watched — none of it survives the question "show us who completed what, and when." A produced compliance course answers it structurally: every learner sees the same approved content, every completion is recorded with a score and a timestamp, and the whole trail exports from the system you already run.
Answered first
What compliance owners ask before they commission.
What makes a compliance video different from any training video?
The evidence requirements. A compliance course must show that specific, approved content reached every individual, that understanding was checked, and that the record can be produced months later. That shapes everything upstream: legal sign-off on the script, assessments that gate completion, and SCORM tracking as the system of record.
How do you keep mandatory training from being ignored?
By respecting the learner's time. Short modules with a clear "why this exists" opening, scenario questions instead of clause recitation, and runtime trimmed to what the obligation actually requires. Mandatory completion gets people to press play; production quality is what gets the content retained.
Can you produce annual refresher versions efficiently?
Yes — refreshers are script revisions, not new productions. The approved master script is updated with the year's changes, affected segments re-render, and the new version re-issues across every language simultaneously. The cost scales with what changed, not with the course length.
Which compliance topics does this work for?
Any topic whose content your organisation already owns or licenses: codes of conduct, anti-bribery and corruption, data protection, workplace safety inductions, information security, sector-specific regulation. We produce from your approved policy content — we are a production studio, not a source of legal advice.
Questions
Asked often. Answered directly.
Can one compliance course cover several countries?
Yes — and this is where the production model earns its keep. The master script carries the group-wide policy; localization adapts language and, where your legal team specifies it, jurisdiction-specific passages. Every version traces back to one approved source, so you can show an auditor exactly what each population was taught. See e-learning localization.
How current does the course stay when regulation changes?
You submit the change; we revise the script and re-render the affected modules — no re-shoots, no studio scheduling. For annual-refresh regimes, most clients put updates under a standing arrangement so the course is re-issued before the deadline rather than after it.
What completion evidence does the course produce?
Per-learner completion status, assessment scores, and timestamps, recorded through your LMS's SCORM tracking. It is the evidence format audit teams already know how to read — exportable, attributable, and consistent across your whole population.
Our legal team must approve every word. How does that work?
They approve the script before production starts — that is the default workflow, not an accommodation. Legal review happens on a document, where lawyers work best, rather than on a finished video where every correction has a production cost.
Can learners skip through the video and still pass?
Completion rules are yours to set: minimum viewing thresholds, assessments that gate completion, or both. We advise on what regulators in your sector typically expect, then build the rules into the package.
