Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026Who we are
Voctus Studio ("we", "us"), operated by Kaiak LLC (a United States limited liability company), is a global e-learning production studio serving clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect through voctus.studio and in the course of our services, and how we handle it. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@voctus.studio.
What we collect
- Form submissions. When you submit our proposal-request or download form, we receive the details you enter (name, work email, company, role, project requirements) and any file you attach or link. Submissions are processed by Basin (usebasin.com), our form processor, which delivers them to our inbox and retains a copy in our form account.
- Correspondence data. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation, and the contents of your message and attachments.
- Client materials. Training assets you transfer to us for production (documents, recordings, slide decks) may contain personal data of your personnel.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes. Basin similarly records standard request data when you submit a form.
This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and uses no third-party analytics scripts. The forms are plain HTML — nothing from Basin or anyone else loads on the page itself.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals you have requested.
- To send a resource you explicitly requested (and nothing further).
- To deliver contracted production services.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use client materials for any purpose other than producing your deliverables. Client materials are never used to train machine-learning systems. Requesting a download does not subscribe you to anything.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship. Form submissions are retained in Basin and our inbox on the same basis, and deleted from Basin on request. Client production materials are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a hand-over period, and deleted on written request at any time after delivery.
Third parties
We use established service providers for website hosting, email, and form processing (Basin, operated by Basin Technology Co. in the United States). These providers process data on our instructions. Where production requires third-party processing, it is governed by the confidentiality terms of your engagement.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies and Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to hello@voctus.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date above.
